they sold me the wrong part and they told me it would fit (they trusted the computer) but when I look under the hood, the part they gave me is completely different from the part that is already there but broken. I'd expect professional employees to know when to trust the computer and when it's necessary to double check what the computer says against what's under the hood.

My car AC is not working. Yesterday I tried few car repair shops and finally reached Advanced auto to get the refrigerant.. I met two guys in the cash counter. both were very polite… one with beard has more experience… He was very genuinely explaining what can go wrong in car AC, how the mechanics make money and recommended few options.. I really like the way he explained and appreciate his efforts!!! ???????? This is definitely beyond his job!! But he was trying to help and clarifying my questions, myths on big dealers… I strongly recommend this shop☝️ for any auto parts, repair consultations… Before making any big repair expense… come here, do a quick check, you will save a lot !!!
