I went in to get some tools for my boyfriend here one day and i casually overheard the cashier advising a hispanic man to “Speak english. This is America”. Very rude and unprofessional. I would understand if she accommodated and asked a spanish speaking employee (which they do have) to translate or take care of the customers need but she straight up told him to speak spanish. As a Hispanic myself, this would crush me if it was being told to a family member of mine. It was very racist and made me not want to support harbor freight any longer because if this is the type of employee you hire and this is the environment you want to achieve, i no longer want to be there. I will be spreading the word to anyone i know who shops here as well as making a facebook to advise people not to go. By the way, her name was either Marla or Marlene. I didnt really see the name tag too well. 0/10 stars, do not recommend if you speak ANY other language because obviously theres some differences people just cant get over or accept.

I love Harbor Freight. Great tools at a very reasonable price. So glad they are still in business and may they continue to do so.
