Currently my experience with this store is better than before. Staff has been very friendly and helpful with parts that I need. Realized they are more like family than workers, know them for years at this point in time and learned about cars at this location, I wouldn't have most of the knowledge about automobiles that I found out about here, battery changes and wipers all those services they done for my car as well as supplied possible explanations with an OBD connector for error codes in my car. Also I had a few different experiences here, this is an update on the last review, so what's underneath may soon be updated?

Glen Cove location AAA+++. Needed battery changed and store manager had it done in no time… Great experience and extremely helpful..

I went in to Advance auto parts on Forest Ave in Glen Cove to purchase a can of Rust-oleum automotive sandable primer & filler spray paint.I was charged $17.99 with tax. In all fairness the clerk did offer a receipt but being in a rush I left without it. But, the more I thought about it the price it seemed unrealistic. So l checked my amazon app and the exact same can was $8.66 with tax (prime free shippng). I returned to the store to have the price I paid checked and it was the pice I paid. Of course with no receipt I couldn't return it so this was another life lesson learned - Auto Zone can be a real Rip-Off check those prices, get a receipt, or you'll be stuck with recourse. Bad business ---------
