Beware of this company. I called them this morning g for towing for my tractor trailer. I told her that it was my tractor and loaded trailer that needed to be towed from the bronx to newburgh. She gave me a quote of $1500 which I accepted. She went forward and sent me a work order and I had to pay upfront. Once everything was completed. I called back to get an eta. A digmfferent dispatcher picked up and told me that I was mis quoted and that it will be an additional $2400 i refused and told them to cancel my order and I want my refund. He informed me that I will lose 50% of my payment. I argued that I'm canceling due to their mistake not mine he then told me they would just take $350 I argued and ask to speak to a higher up or manager which he claimed none were available. He told me he would have billing call me to dispute. He called me a few minutes later and said they would keep $100 so I agreed as I rather get almost all my money back than nothing. They are scammers. They give me a bad quote and try to penalize me for it. Wanted almost $4000 from bronx to newburgh which is about 60 miles.
