One staff member treated me very rudely, unprofessional, swearing and carrying on and having a temper tantrum. Went in to have a battery cable made, the guy said "good for you get one off the shelf" despite it being a specialized battery cable. Then proceeded to grab it and walk away swearing and carrying on about not being able to find the right cable color (which didnt even matter at that point). Threw a complete temper tantrum. Then proceeded to lie to my face about his name. Oh and then I called the store and spoke to the owner, who said he would call me back and never did. My grandfather, my father, and myself have ordered and purchased many things from this location for both business and personal use for many years. I don't care if your staff member is "having a bad day" or whatever, this is completely unacceptable. This is how you lose an entire family of customers permanently.

I'm so thankful for the help I received this morning. My wiper blade was broken. Not only did I get a new one a reasonable price but the very nice man went outside in 15 degree weather and put it on for me.
