This facility is well organized and clean. Most of the employees are friendly and polite. However, there are a couple that need some instruction on communicating clearly. The ability to explain certain polices to customers in an appropriate manner. Without making idol threats. Like "I can go get my truck and pull your vehicle off the property." Especially when the employee has not fully explain the procedures when closing timing arrives, and the vehicle is not unloaded. Just saying "That's it we closing stop unloading." Without further explain tends to provoke inappropriate behavior from the customer and other employees as well. Other than the bad communication skills of employees (in the supervison role), the overall experiece is favorable and pleasant.
