Absolutely one of the worst facilities I’ve dealt with. Over 6 hours waiting to load with zero urgency and zero communication. Staff is rude, dismissive, and clearly does not care about drivers or their time. They repeatedly ask for additional information that was already provided, yet no one can explain what exactly is missing. Instead of resolving the issue, they just keep you sitting there indefinitely. No updates, no accountability, no respect. This place operates at a painfully slow pace and treats drivers like they don’t matter. If you value your time, avoid this location at all costs. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed.
