I purchased Oborozuki rice, but the quality was disappointing. It did not have the texture or taste of proper white rice. I contacted the seller and requested a return. They responded by saying they would send me “100% white rice” the next day. However, the replacement I received was the same quality as the original. There was no improvement at all. I now have multiple bags of this rice, all of which are unpleasant to eat, and I honestly do not know what to do with them. I have been buying this rice for about four and a half years, but the quality has clearly declined. At this point, it is no different from the rice sold at H Mart. I am very disappointed, not only with the product but also with how this issue was handled. Even if you file a complaint, you will not get a refund. They simply send the same product again instead of resolving the issue. Of course he didn’t give me any email and call. 1/11/2026

The rice is freshly ground, and there's a lot of Japanese soy sauce, sesame oil, canned fish, and all kinds of knickknacks. It's very delicate. The important thing is that the staff here are very friendly and professional and they will answer all your questions and give you guidance. I really like it here and I will come back again

Super special place. You can get fresh rice here how ever you like. Owner was very nice and make you feel welcomed. Hope to go back soon :D
