Not once in my life have I ever made a comment saying “do your job” in any context. I just moved to the area, and I figured I would try out a new place in my new neighborhood. Boy, do I regret it. I told the gentleman who I was working with that I’d never been here before and I don’t know the process. The gentleman was then bothered by the fact that recyclable, but non-refundable beverage containers were mixed in with the single serving cans and bottles in the bags I was told to open and place on the counter. The gentleman told me that I need to place the recyclable, but non-refundable items in the bins outside. I said okay, thinking that I would do so after we had finished with the bottle redemption process, on my way out. Apparently this was not good enough for this employee, as he kept saying louder and louder “UNBELIEVABLE JUST UNBELIEVABLE,” to the point where I had to say “I just told you that I have never been here before. This won’t happen next time” quite forcefully. But there won’t be a next time. Disappointing. I really enjoy supporting local places in my neighborhood. I’m honestly so in shock. Especially because of how hard it was to hear and I kept telling him I couldn’t hear him with all of the cans and bottles hitting each other and he got upset.

Always a good experience. The workers are fast, polite and friendly. Also it doesn't smell like stale beer like a lot of the other facilities and they give 6 cents a bottle
