I needed a tow and it was freezing out. Johns towing showed up quickly and the gentleman was kind, funny, and very decent. He made a bad day much better. He drove me home, it was close to the auto body shop but still he didn't have to do that. He helped me when the chips were down and it was freezing out. He was also pretty funny!! Which always helps. The office admin was also very helpful and kind. I am thankful!!

These guys are great and super helpful. I've brought my car there 4 times in the past few years and they are super funny and helpful but professional with their work. Strait shooters through and through. I moved to NYC a couple years ago and when I visit home they are always accommodating and help work around my schedule. (Lost two mirrors to NYC traffic while my car was parked and John ordered for and replaced while I was visiting). When I had a bigger accident they were very helpful with coordinating with the insurance adjuster to get a quick inspection of the car. They are honest, reliable guys, that do great work and are willing to work with you to schedule and cost. Very fair. Highly recommend

Johns auto body was great when my husband had an accident in my daughters car! The car was ready quickly and the job was excellent! And they are all so friendly and you can tell they really care about getting your project completed in a timely fashion and done properly! 10/10 recommend them!!
