TLDR: Amazing customer service and quality of work. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I very much recommend them. After my dad backed into my parked car, my Crosstrek had a huge dent that couldn't just be unbent. My entire lift gate (trunk door) needed to be replaced. I was dreading getting it fixed because of the hassle, but RJM made the process so simple. Tina helped me navigate my first insurance claim as an adult when the insurance company was being difficult. Without her I would have had no idea what I was doing. They were a preferred mechanic of my insurance company and came highly recommend by family friends. This is because their work is impeccable. Not only did they fix the lift gate, but they fixed every ding and scratch that my car had when I bought it used! They washed the car and even partially detailed it vacuuming the inside. This was much more than they had to do, and I am extremely grateful. They also made the rental car process super easy. RJM works closely with nearby rental companies, so I was able to just drop off the rental car with RJM when I picked up my car. That was a life saver because I didn't have to inconvenience anyone to get a ride from the rental shop to RJM. Thank you guys so much!

I can’t say enough good things about RJM Custom Auto Body. After being in a head-on collision, the entire front of my truck needed to be replaced. It was a stressful situation, but RJM made the process smooth and easy. They worked directly with my insurance company and handled everything from start to finish. The communication was clear, the team was professional, and when I got my truck back, it looked brand new! You’d never know it had been in an accident. The attention to detail and quality of work is top notch. If you’re ever in need of body work, RJM is the place to go. Highly recommend!!!

Shoutout to RJM Custom Auto Body Inc. for the amazing bodywork they did on my car. I recently moved to Milford and was greeted by a hit and run on my street, I called several places for estimated pricing and to talk to a receptionist (not a machine) to help me with my car. Before I invest in anything I do my research. I called around to several places and decided on RJM for their exceptional customer service and reasonable pricing because I knew the work I was getting done was not going to be cheap. Tina who welcomed me with a Boston accent and probably the best costumer service I’ve ever received from an auto place in a very long time made this process such a breeze. She was not only transparent but personally helped me find a used replacement door so I could save $ on having to buy a brand new one. I mean look at that detail!! She nailed it. Not only that she called me prior, while my car was getting worked on and a couple days later to make sure I was happy with the services done on my car. They even swapped out the regular window with the tinted window drom my door????? since my accident I’ve seen 2 more on my street and a couple others in Milford, wondering if anyone still knows how to drive lol but if not, RJM will take very good care of you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. They are quick, transparent, and reasonable with pricing. My car looks back to brand new.
