Absolutely love this store, they had exactly what I need all the horror shirts . Great customer service. They were very helpful and I was greeted from all the staff members who worked that day ( wont get that everywhere) . Store was clean as well . Won't post the store but I can show what I brought at the time .

I had a good experience. There was this worker that was helping me with everything and asking if I was okay when my product fell on me. I believe her name is Nathalia. Very nice and respect young lady. Will be going back ?

I’ve always loved shopping at Spencer’s, but unfortunately I no longer feel safe visiting this specific location after a recent experience. A couple of weeks ago, I was shopping with a friend and looking up at merchandise displayed on the wall. Because I was looking up, I didn’t notice something in front of me and almost tripped over it. I made a joke about it to my friend, and an employee became immediately upset, accusing me of kicking the item and telling me I needed to pick it up. I calmly explained that I wasn’t an employee and didn’t feel it was my responsibility to do so. This was not my first negative interaction with this employee. There have been past instances where she has been verbally aggressive toward me. During this interaction, when I asked why she seemed to always have something negative to say to me, she responded by saying she was fine but that I was “not okay” and that something was wrong with me. At that point, my fight-or-flight response kicked in, and I started shaking, but I still tried to stand my ground and explain that I didn’t deserve to be spoken to that way. My friend was too intimidated to step in, and I ended up leaving the store in tears. It was really upsetting because this used to be one of my favorite stores, and now I don’t feel safe going there. Both my friend and I contacted corporate to report the incident. I was told the employee’s name may be Donna, and based on other customer reviews, It’s very concerning to see repeated reports about the same behavior with no visible change. As a customer, it honestly makes me question whether there are internal issues or protections that allow this behavior to continue.
