I came to advance auto at 8:21am to get my battery exchanged because it was under warranty the white older guy with the long beard took at look my battery and said he couldn’t take my battery out because of how it was my truck but I came to this same exact advance auto March of 2024 to get the first battery and the young African American man was able to take the old battery out and put the new battery in with 15mins. The Two fellows that are currently here could not assist me but were able to assist two other white fellas with their batteries. As we have taken our battery out the guy that didn’t want to help us and is now assisting someone else, we have to wait until he finishes helping that guy & neither one of the guys after taking the battery out could confirm that they had the battery! Every customer that came through the door within 45mins was white and they assisted them within minutes mainly. This will definitely be my last time with advance auto on Forest Hill Richmond Va
