12-03-2025 "Phenomenal Service"? My Wife and I started looking online for a lightweight trailer. We saw that Seven O's had a bunch. Arriving at the lot it did not take long for us to find our match. It was a 2023 Braxton Creek Bush Wacker plus 15re, lightweight 2,300lbs perfect!? Had a queen bed, refrigerator, toilet, shower, a/c and full kitchen with hot water and heater, We loved it. Our no pressure sales representative Maryanne was very helpful explaining and reviewing all terms, The Service technician examine my vehicle for towing options and we got the correct hitching and braking system for the tow, ensuring a safe journey. Our financing, registration and titling were taken care of by the staff which was a smooth experience. Picking up the trailer was a great day, they took my vehicle installed and connect trailer hitch, they went through all of features and also connected us to harvest host community, thanks for that.❤️ Getting the trailer home, we where quickly packing and getting ready for our adventure when we realized after extensive troubleshooting, our new battery was not working correctly. It being the day after Christmas and Seven O's was closed until January 5th.We where skeptical, but We had the business card from our sales associate Maryanne, so we gave her a call around 10am. We were very happy and surprised to hear her pickup the phone, remember she's on vacation. We explained what happened, after a quick email, she responded to use within the hour that we could exchange the battery . We were extremely excited not only was Maryanne going out of her way on her vacation, but she met up with us locally to do the exchange. Now that's service ... Thank you Seven O's and Maryanne for making this purchase a positive and memorable experience. The service staff is amazing at Seven O’s! They took in my 1964 vintage Shasta and made her safe to tow. They communicated with me throughout the process and disclosed all potential costs. It wasn’t nearly as expensive as I thought it was going to be, and they did their best to keep cost low. I highly recommend them and will be going there for all future needs!

Based on my personal experience of buying from camping world and shopping at myers rv and Wilkins rv; seven o’s was actually the best experience. Seven o’s offered an over the top trade in value on my 2 year old camper compared to the criminally low offer from Wilkins rv. Plus almost 3k$ in freight and prep fees compared to seven o’s ZERO fees. To top it off service delivered the rv clean with a goodie bag and a good walkthrough
