My mom Barbara called AAA as her RAV4 wouldn’t start, Cliff a very nice young man who is new to AAA arrived right away and gave it a jump and it started right up. However, it wouldn’t shut off after removing the key from ignition, Cliff called for a tow thinking something electrical may be wrong and they could tow it to her mechanic. Pablo from CMT Towing then arrived and my mom told him she doesn’t have a mechanic, Pablo looked at the issue and said “don’t worry mam this is not being towed anywhere today”. He knew exactly what it was and fixed it on the spot for her. He was so polite and such a gentleman. He gave her his number to call if she ever needed anything at all in future. He’s amazing & great service!!! Definitely will be using their services in the future, great job & thank you for taking care of my mom!!

Had a very positive experience with Pablo, my flatbed tow truck driver, who showed up at my house promptly after using AAA to request tow service for my car that was in my home garage. Pablo was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a gentleman. He handled my car very carefully as if it was his own and delivered it to the auto shop where I needed to get it serviced. Highly recommend CMT and Pablo in particular.

My son's car broke down on the highway and his phone died at the same time. I requested a tow through AAA and CMT's dispatch called me, within minutes of my request, with prompt questions to gather the right information as quickly as possible. AAA called 10 minutes after CMT. Within 15 minutes of my request, CMT driver Eugene had called me with an ETA and confirming he'd be right there to help my son. Unfortunately, my son's car started working and he had left the area he was at however, Eugene had still showed up and communicated with me that he was there and didnt see the car. He patiently waited there for me to figure out why my son wasnt there and picked up right away when I called him back. His service, professionalism, and care are exemplary. Thank you Eugene and CMT towing!
