Last Year they left all tire bolts loose and my car tires wer wobling. I'm glad I noticed before going in the highway. They also smap you with texts. There a no zero stars so I left one because at least they refunded the tire service.

I love this place. They are honest, friendly, reasonably priced, and efficient. I got a flat tire on a Friday evening and had my car towed to Bruce's. Even though they were closed, the owner was still there and he brought my car in. Monday morning I got a call that they had already ordered me a new tire, and the car was ready later that day. I truly feel lucky to have access to such a great tire shop!

Highly recommend. Honest, friendly and customer service oriented. They definitely are popular and were booking appointments a couple weeks out, but after my first experience there yesterday I absolutely plan on going back and I would recommend. I needed a tire swap and they got it done within an hour or so after I had dropped it off. They also checked for any other underlying issues. I had asked them to check my brakes because my last shop told me that they needed to be replaced which seemed drastic as they are not that old and seemed to be working fine. The team at Bruce's/Summer St Auto reassured me that I have nothing to worry about and that they are perfectly fine and not to waste my money. Really appreciated the honesty and care that they provided while completing the work quickly and effectively.
