The STAFF ANGELA OR ANGELIA WHOEVER IS RUDE. Her customer service is horrible. She is very rude to my mother. As all people go through hardships in life.. Angela or Angelia tone of voice is horrible, demeanor is rude. Customer service is horrible.. how would she feel if someone spoke to her the way she speaks to people? Upper management needs to check her.. give her multiple retrainings. The fact that my mother keeps bringing the same lady name up and has nothing but bad things to say about her is disturbing.. my mother is a hard working woman and deserves respect no matter what. As a customer she should not have to deal with any rudeness from any staff member at this dealership.. sadly this is not the first time. I really hope all staff member’s get their attitude together.. it is disgraceful, disgusting, and disappointing. I am very mad.. about this situation. SHAME ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP.

I have ended up here for 2 cars now. Both times because my credit is not great and because they were the quickest solution to my transportation needs. Approval is easy if you can prove ya got a job n can afford to make the very very large bi-weekly payments. They will call you if you miss a payment and don't communicate with them, but if you simply call and let them know you will be a few days late for whatever reason, they are understanding. If you need more than a few extra days they do ask for documentation to prove u had some kind of financial hardship so you can postpone the payment. The cars are overpriced for their value and if you don't pay a little more than your payment amount each month you will end up paying a lot of interest. The cars do have a limited warranty. Some of them are not the best which is why when you buy the car you should take it to a trusted mechanic immediately to have it inspected. If they find any major issues you can return the car! But you have to do it within the time frame on your paperwork. As for the staff I have not had an issue with any of them being rude. They are there to sell u a car and make a commission, it's in their best interest to be kind. All that being said, if you have good credit and can afford to shop around other places I would. EZloan is kinda there for the ppl who can't afford to do better or don't have the credit for anyone else to give em a chance. And the new payment system "blitzpay" sucks!!! They charge u a $5 fee to make a payment. So I'm now paying an extra $120 a year in fees for making my payments. How do you charge somebody a fee to pay you??

All I can say is get your credit right fast so that you don’t have to deal with predatory loan sharks. Not only are the vehicles overpriced by 10k+ you have no leniency. I was testing my luck to see if I could simply postpone a payment, was advised I would need to submit documentation for review and that it would put the loan into some sort of default and they were adamant about knowing why. If I call AT&T requesting a payment arrangement for whatever reason that is my business, they simply honor the request. Working with this company is an expensive lesson to say the least. Not sure how it’s still a business, customers should probably collectively contact the state attorney general.
