Everyone is AMAZING from the ladies in the office to the mechanics outside doing the work. My engine light came on and I didn't know what the issue was. They were able to get me in very quickly and diagnose the problem. Very reasonable pricing. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I rarely give five star reviews for anything because I don't believe anyone is perfect but I do have to say Roy's Auto Tech was close to perfect. We brought our 2006 Mercury Mountaineer in thinking it had transmission problems. They told us it was just an ac/heating valve, and that it would be less than $400. They could have taken us to the cleaners by saying that it was transmission issues and that we needed. a new transmission, but they didn't. It's nice to see that the mechanic industry still has some honest mechanics.

This could've been a better review. Dropped my vehicle off for a shudder which resulted in a transmission service. I dropped my Jeep off with over a half tank of gas. I understand the need for lengthy test drives after a service but when I picked my vehicle up my gas light was on and my gas was so low it wasn't reading how many miles I had left. When I asked the man in the bay (where I had to pull my vehicle out of) I was greeted with an attitude and a not my problem, I didn't work on your vehicle kind of response. After waiting a month to get in for the service and a week for the repairs, the least y'all could've done was drop $5 in gas the tank before I had to pick it up. I would've gladly paid for it too. Never have I a left a mechanic shop with over a half tank of gas to start and picked it up on fumes with the gas light on.
