“BUYER BEWARE! They sold me a vehicle that has a blown head gasket without full disclosure of the issue. They had replaced a thermostat to mask the issue. I had checked out the vehicle and everything ran fine and didn’t show signs of anything other than a steering line the was leaking and he replaced it along with all the fluids before I drove it off the lot. 3 days later, overheated. They came and picked it up and gave me a loaner. The communication was good at the beginning. Daily texts and responses. Got the car back with a used radiator, fan clutch, & fresh fluid but transmission goes out. Had to drive it 45 minutes up the pass to them in order for them to fix it. Spent days in there getting the transmission swapped out for a used one out of their yard. Got it back and 1 day and a half it overheated. I went and tested the truck for co2 gases in the coolant and lo and behold, the blue liquid turned to yellow green which means a blown head gasket.i called them out on it and now its crickets with communication. Now that I’m out of warranty, they don’t respond as quickly or if at all. Sometimes I’ll go days without hearing from them when they tell me they’ll call me the next day. Now They’re expecting me to drive the vehicle up the pass to them with a known blown head gasket just to see what they can do. No guarantee of doing anything. No communication about what the plan is. Nothing. I have asked 5x now for paperwork on what has been done and I have received nothing. They do extremely shady business here! BEWARE! This isn’t even the whole situation.”
