I had such a negative experience that I felt compelled to ensure no one else has the experience with Junkyard Angels I did. At first, they were pleasant to deal with and supposedly very accommodating. However, once they got the job attitudes changed, they were no longer helpful. They took longer than said, moving as though it’s a Sunday stroll when I had informed them at the start I had to leave at a certain time!

The Gentleman who attended to remove my car which had a dead battery and flat tire was extremely kind and patient and generous. He got the car running and pumped the tire in a matter of minutes. I didn't have the cars registration which he needed. He patiently waited a half hour for me to go to my auto insurance vendor to get registration copy. I had an awesome time here looking for scrap materials for crafting. If you're a non-commercial buyer you can come to look around on a Saturday, grab a hard hat and hi vis vest and get stuck in. Bring a pair of gloves for safety and dirt protection. Everyone here was really friendly, customers and staff alike. Swapped life stories, compared tattoos and had a great time chatting with everyone. Staff were very helpful. I picked up a load of stuff that I'll have a great time working with for just 15 bucks. Definitely recommended if you're a creative crafter looking for alternative materials to work with - if you're anything like me then this place is a treasure trove.
