I can't recommend Cory and Scrapyourcar.ca enough. Promptly responded to my inquiry and was there to take my scrap corolla the same day. Arrived exactly at the time he said he would, friendly and professional, car was hooked up and gone in 10 minutes and a very fair cash payout! Here’s an experience for ya! I was specifically dealing with Jan (apologize if the spelling is off) in the parts department. We had ordered a Jeep 2.4l engine, the engine sent had an unknown issue. After calling, Jan had corrected this altercation by immediately sending a replacement at zero cost. Usually this type of customer service is unheard of, Pro Auto understands the importance of their customers needs, as well as the importance of being trustworthy. On a very cold and slippery morning on my way to catch a ferry I met up with some very unforgiving black ice. In fact the entire road was nothing but Black ice. I found my truck and camper sliding backwards down the road until we stopped with the trailer half in a drainage ditch the other wheels off the ground and absolutely no traction . Nate from Hubcity towing showed up and with some very expert maneuvering (using two trucks) he managed to get me back on the road with no damage to truck or trailer. It was a pleasure to watch this professional work his magic. He turned a disastrous morning around and ensured I was aware and comfortable the entire time.He is an absolute credit to his profession. I had a bunch of household and yard junk building up in my driveway for a few months. Atlas scheduled me in for a pick up soon after I called. Two very friendly and polite guys arrived on time (they even called to let me know exactly when they'd arrive). It took about 15 minutes for them to load and sort all of the items and they even scraped up the dirt and debris off of my driveway! The rate was very competitive. We hired Steve for the first time last year, when we first moved to Nanaimo. We had so much furniture to put together which would have taken us weeks. Steve got it done in just a few hours and he did great work! This year we ordered a shed from Costco and I contacted the Frank The Ford Team hoping to have Steve back to assemble/build it for us. He was able to book us in. Communication was easy and he looked into the shed assembly beforehand. Most people take 5-7 days to put the shed together and he said it would probably take him 1.5- 2 days. Sure enough he managed to pull that off! Our shed has been built perfectly and we are very grateful for Steve's professional work. Thank you!

I rented a 14 yd bin during Dec 2021. I chose Victoria Bin There Dump That because of the bin size and further evaluation.I felt assured that it would go well after a few phone conversations and understood what was being offered. The main points that provided assurance was the following:O. Driveby confirmation and discussion whether the bin would fit onto my driveway specificsO. Possibility to place the bin at a convenient spot on the drivewayO. Local owners seemed genuine and honest to deal withO. Discussion revealed that the rear bin doors would open to minimize heaving large objects over the sides of the binO. Adjustments to delivery and pickup date were gladly accommodated if schedule was possible, and it wasO. Discussion revealed that sorting and bagging of recyclables and garbage was not necessary and ultimately saved my crew a lot of time and effortThe dumping project finished according to plan and the fully loaded bin was removed.The driver who both picked up and dropped off had a really good and helpful personality. He genuinely cared to make it a successful project for me.When the final charges were tallied, the owners doubled-checked the charges on my behave to ensure that I was charged appropriately at the transfer station. They were actually looking out for my best interest, therefore, this was much appreciated.This was a good experience. I would recommend the owners running the company and I would rent from them again if needed.My advice to those needing a disposal bin is to load the bin intelligently: largest items in first, fit the items as best as you can without wasting air pockets.
