We limped into town with a broken trailer spring, happened across Western Alignment, we were so lucky. The owner came out and took a look, fit us in immediately to repair. Team works on lots of trailers and even had our specific leaf spring on hand that needed replacing. They also took extra steps to ensure we were safely back on the road same day. Very professional, knowledgeable, checked everything and informed us of other issues that will need attention soon. Reasonable price and excellent service from a knowledgeable team. Such an amazing experience! Was able to get a quote within minutes of submitting just my email with make/model/year/km online in the evening and they came before noon the next day to pick up. Extremely polite when he came and efficient. I had cash in my hand and the car was gone before some of the companies I inquired with had even gotten back to me. Although the accident and damage wasn't great, the service at and by those working at Popow's was amazing- each person I dealt with from towing and the body shop was so kind and informative. Their support and concern when I first reached out to them was extremely reassuring. They talked me through the whole process from pickup to repair, and gave me plenty of options for what could be done to best suit me and my situation. Whenever I called in they were friendly and accommodating, and went above and beyond to return my vehicle in even better shape than it was before! I hadn't expected it to be totally wiped down and cleaned on the interior as well but when I picked it up it now has the "new car smell" and looks fantastic. I can't tell that the accident happened looking at it now!
