We limped into town with a broken trailer spring, happened across Western Alignment, we were so lucky. The owner came out and took a look, fit us in immediately to repair. Team works on lots of trailers and even had our specific leaf spring on hand that needed replacing. They also took extra steps to ensure we were safely back on the road same day. Very professional, knowledgeable, checked everything and informed us of other issues that will need attention soon. Reasonable price and excellent service from a knowledgeable team. Such an amazing experience! Was able to get a quote within minutes of submitting just my email with make/model/year/km online in the evening and they came before noon the next day to pick up. Highly recommend purchasing your used parts from here. Excellent customer service, with a wonderful sense of humour (and we all need to smile more). I got a set of tires for my husband for Christmas here, and from the very first email inquiry I sent, till the moment we were driving away on the new tires, these guys were absolutely incredible to work with! Very prompt responses, very knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions, extremely accommodating, very, very diligent, and also very courteous and just all around enjoyable to chat and interact with! Although the accident and damage wasn't great, the service at and by those working at Popow's was amazing- each person I dealt with from towing and the body shop was so kind and informative. Their support and concern when I first reached out to them was extremely reassuring. They talked me through the whole process from pickup to repair, and gave me plenty of options for what could be done to best suit me and my situation. Whenever I called in they were friendly and accommodating, and went above and beyond to return my vehicle in even better shape than it was before! I hadn't expected it to be totally wiped down and cleaned on the interior as well but when I picked it up it now has the "new car smell" and looks fantastic. I can't tell that the accident happened looking at it now!
