They were so patient with me. I went in, not knowing my engine size or the oil needed for my car. The best place in the city to buy the products they sell. Great prices on older laptops/desktops, cables, peripherals and other random technology products they get in. Horrible service, unprofessional, rudeSaw an ad on kijiji and texted about it to the number provided and agreed on a viewing, only to arrive there and be told that the car is not ready for viewing and is being washed. We still agreed to buy it and come back the next day for a test drive and to finalize the deal. Once I went back home and saw the price has increased for the car so I texted the number asking about the price increase as it was not mentioned while I was viewing the car. No answer. Called the number no one picked up. I texted again, no reply. Few hours later I found out the ad has been removed. Why lie to and ignore customers? We were told we were first in the list to buy the car just to be ignored immediately. Why waste my time? Rude, unprofessional and misleading.
