I'm not about writing bad reviews but my 2016 toyota corolla wouldn't crank yesterday while leaving work so someone jumped me off and I went straight to advanced auto. When I walked in the 2 young guys where looking at their phones I said I need a battery or if you can test it to make sure that's what I need and would you install it. I'm a single woman so I need help. Well one of the guys said sure then he looked at the other guy and said you want me to do it or you he said you while still looking at his phone. So he got his test box and went and hooked it up and after a minute he said its not your battery but don't take my word for it go to auto zone or O'Reilly and get a second opinion. So I came home and called my dealer ship this morning and took it in and it was the battery. I feel like the young man didn't want to be bothered with changing my battery. You lost a customer 😕 😒...

We were stranded away from home and Advance Auto was able to read some codes for us to figure out the problem. We purchased some new parts and made the repairs unfortunately it wasn't enough to keep us going. Thanks for your assistance when we needed it!

Expensive but they have inventory and decent customer service.

Went there for a check engine light on a '99 Cadillac. The serviceman without hesitation hooked up his computer, and checked the error. He politely asked what was going on, and with no pressure to sell me the store asked what I felt was going on, and made a recommendation. He was actually spot on, as had had the shop confirm everything. I did buy the parts needed for the job there based on his recommendation.

Just want to thank Cameron for helping me with our Scion Xb. What an incredibly professional, helpful and friendly staff member. Can't speak for all Advanced outlets but this one seems to hire only those with high standards.

Great place to buy all your auto parts. Until you have to deal with James the store manager. Poor excuse of a human. For a manager to threaten to come to someones home and work is over the top. Poor guy needs some help.

They had a 6v battery I couldn't find at Walmart or any other parts store. The sales associate went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. Thanks for all the help. It really helped me get my tractor back up and running.

Would be nice if you could get in the store guess we just lock a door whenever even if it's during store hours
