Guys...listen...I'm in love with the Maybin folks!! What they don't know; I work from home and my office is the front of the house so I can see them pick up, but they can't really see in to see me. Now, our puppy, Melee, spends most of her time in my office with me and loves to look out the window. As of today (after investigation), I now know you CAN see her little face in the window, but that's it. Sidebar: she usually barks at any activity or humans/animals out there, but she doesn't bark at Maybins! She just politely watches them. Anyway, it's because the guys that pick up in Cannon Woods (don't know if that changes each pick up day) see/watch her (saw you wave at her today!) and leave her a treat every Wednesday!!!! When it all got pieced together for me, I just melted. Not only do they do their jobs VERY well and always in a timely manner, but they're spoiling the better half of me. Thank you, Maybin Crew! The driver who comes to our address opens and throws my garbage in the trash can and throws the garbage bins around. Changing service because of bad temper and unprofessional behavior

Have been a customer of Maybins for 15+ years. Always pretty dependable. Recently their crews that service my street have begun throwing the recycle back into the back of the truck with the rest of the trash instead of putting it into the bin behind the cab. I witnessed it again today.Update. I've changed my rating from one star to four. I called the office and spoke with a very professional woman about what I had seen re: the recycle bags. She said they would talk with the crew about the recycle bag issue. The next week I witnessed my recycle bag going into the recycle bin on the trash truck instead of into the back with all the rest of the trash. I also saw the driver walking down my driveway. I was outside at the time. He was very professional and said they were sorry for the mistake and if I had any other issues with their service not to hesitate to let the office know. Very impressed by how quickly and professionally the interactions with me were and how the driver took the time to personally encourage me to talk with them or the officer about any future issues. Well done.

The lady who handles incoming calls is the most disrespectful person ever! She literally had an attitude because I attempted to call various time during my break which is the only time I can call and pay my bills since I don’t get off until 4:30 and they close at 4. She don’t me to give her a minute so I even waited on the line and heard her nagging about me! The upmost disrespect I have encountered. Maybin's had been a fairly good service for us for almost 13 years, aside from occasionally witnessing them throw recycle bags in the back of the truck with the regular household garbage. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, they decided our driveway was too difficult to get in and out of so they told us to find another service with no warning or notice. We had to scramble to obtain another waste removal company as our trash piled up. Pretty nasty way to treat honest customers who paid on time for over a decade!

We have used Maybin's for over a year now and haven't had a single issue, until recently. I got home from work and my recycling had been picked up but not my trash. I called them but they were closed for the day. I called the next day and they promptly returned my call and had my trash picked up the same day. Although I was frustrated that my trash was not picked up the day it should have been, I was very happy that they admitted the mistake and picked up my trash the next day. Mistakes happen (we are humans after all) but it's so nice to see a company admit the mistake and correct the mistake. Thank you!
