Well I am blown away by the great service at cross roadsI have never store my sleds anywhere but this year I needed some room at the house. So I brought it up early spring and also said why it’s here please repair a bearing in the clutch when they have time during the summer no rush. Fast forward 8 months I call already on the way to the cottage and asked if I could get my sled and I would be there an hour before close ( which most dealers would hate) the response was amazing. They said with 15 inches of snow they already had some sleds for customers outside and waiting for pick up and mine was there just in case AMAZING. Battery charged and the sled was detailed and the work complete and also did a once over in the suspension and lubed it as well. I literally just hoped on my sled and enjoyed the weekend of snow. They even had a spare belt ready to sell me which I needed because I blew my old one last day last season. Which let me enjoy the weekend worry free. I can see why people spend a little money every year to do this. Top notch folks
