I was in a few weeks back.The two younger lads that work here do an excellent job at teaching and letting me know what is worth what, and how I can further improve the product. My rating is a one star though, because the older man in the office, Ted, is very disrespectful. According to Ted, I was wasting their time by learning different products as we weighed up the product. I’m newer at this so I don’t know why Ted, (who I assume is the manager or owner) was so rude about it. I take my stuff to Benmet from now on and it’s been great 👍
