My husband and I were visiting from out of town, and had the unfortunate luck of getting a flat tire. We had our truck towed here, as they were pretty much the only place open on a Saturday afternoon. As soon as we pulled in, we were instantly taken care of, with the most wonderful service. Our tire was able to be repaired, and we were on our way in a timely manner. We are so grateful and appreciative to the mechanics and the gentleman in the office (whom I regret to say, I didn't catch his name). Being from a big city, where most garages will capitalize on your misfortune and gouge you as much as possible, it was an amazing surprise to be treated with such kindness, courtesy, and generosity. Again, thank you so much - you saved us!

WARNING - We asked for Tri County's biggest container. We were given, one at a time, 3 containers. Owner said he'll pay once he has all our scrap metal. Our scrap metal came to 6.7 tonnes. Although we sorted out the metal as best we could, the metal was priced as mixed. After many phone calls and 3 months later, we received a cheque for $106.56. We were charged $807 for the containers. Yet their invoice says 'No charge for over 6 tonnes'. I wish we had seen the previous reviews.

We could not have asked for better service than we received today. After pulling in to see if they might have a used tire rim for our car, our flat tire was quickly and efficiently repaired, changing our tire over to a good used rim from the bent one it was on and replacing the small "help" tire with the repaired tire, all for an incredibly low cost and all completed in short order. Thank you so much.
