Very fair and quick to help. Cory takes care of business and I will continue to go to him for my motorcycle needs, tires, parts, safeties etc. He’s helped me out with parts/services for 4 of my bikes in the past. Great service!
I loved her and they're always good to me they got a five star
No job too big!! Today they removed a several hundred pounds industrial double door fridge from our lower level walkout and pulled it up the hill on the grass to the street and on to the trailer. Amazing!! Very friendly and very professional.

Great Customer Service. Highly experienced gentleman who know their work very well.I was at the store for 1-hour and haven't seen any Customer who did not find the part they are looking for.I've been there to get a new Headlight Assembly, as I couldn't find one in Windsor.

You Can buy parts by paying them cash but if return the parts they said we have no cash to pay you back because the owner doesn't leave any cash in the store at all , what a horrible way to run the business , telling the customer come tomorrow it is like I have nothing to do just go back and forth , not a business to go to at all.

I don't want to be completely negative because its a good easy location to unload at and the 2 people I talked to were nice. But if you have aluminum from eavestrough or fascia don't go here. In a decade of me doing this I've never been ripped off as bad as I was here. 200lbs of aluminum $12 i get. The day before I went to another place near by and got $84. Its an expensive lesson to be learned as im paying a guy to load, unload and travel. Never again would I go here which is a shame because like I said its was quite easy to maneuver in there.

Always good to deal with and the bins are delivered when they say they will be and they are picked up on time. I have dealt with them multiple times and will continue to do so. Service: House & garage cleanouts
friendly and very receptive people. Thank you all so much for the help.
The review is not reflected on the workers but the boss of this business, Duane Miller. Very bad experience doing business with this man. We had contracted him and his workers to help us do a huge junk removal job after an unfortunate death in the family and he promised to do the job as was agreed upon in the written contract and verbal agreements. At the end of Day 1, he ran the truck into our house rain gutter with just an "oops" and we wouldn't have known about it until our neighbor personally called us to inform us to have him take responsibility. Day 2, progress was made in the junk removal and promises were made to compensate for the gutter damage on his behalf. He got paid half of the money agreed for the job done, as the rest was to be paid upon completion as written on contract and verbally agreed upon multiple times. Day 3 was an absolute unprofessional nightmare. Barely started the morning and totally lost his mind over a ladder we asked to get back as our property and almost hit my mother in the process, after having got very much in her face and yelling. Thankfully his workers arrived in time and got him distanced but one was almost hit himself by their boss. Duane woke up the whole neighborhood with his yelling and cursing, leaving my mother in tears and speeding away in his truck. 6 neighbors, his 2 workers and I were all witnesses to this scene and we all agreed he was totally unprofessional on all fronts and broke the contract first, even after having been paid as agreed. Be wary of doing any business with Duane as you run the risk of having him explode in the same way or worse. Very violent attitude and his true colours showed quick, ready to take it out on an elderly woman who just lost her husband. His 2 workers were and ARE a lot more dignified and professional, not to mention much kinder and more patient, than he has been throughout the whole job. Beware of doing any business DIRECTLY with him. His workers (even after having been fired by him during his crazed outburst), are the real MVPs and they're are the ones we'll be completing our business with and not Duane from Junk Etc. Everyone will know about this AND if he tries to do anything behind my back or my mom's, the whole neighborhood and social group here already knows who he is, his info, appearance and vehicle. Duane, please get your act together before you lose all clients and business prospects.- Signed, a very displeased client not afraid of telling the truth about your actions
