Horrible.... the guy at the front desk with the 80s feathered hair (refused to give his name) is the most ignorant, arrogant person to deal with. When this female decided it was time to give what ya get... he couldn't handle it!! Refused to sell me the part I needed.No big deal...I got the part in stock, brand new from Burne Honda. Cost $8.49 tax included. I would have paid triple that to deal with professionals!! If you don't know how to communicate with the public... you have no business working the front desk! Sensitivity training SEVERELY needed for this guy! He must be a relative to keep his job.I will tell all my friends to shop elsewhere.

terrible customer service they told me they didn’t have the part before even letting me finish telling them what i was even looking for then gave me a different number cause he says he has the car but he doesn’t have the part the other department does so i call the different number that he tells me is for the parts section of the place and they answer they say nope we don’t have it or any chevy corvettes older or newer period after the co worker told me they did they honestly seemed like they just didn’t want my service

Absolutely wonder man helped us. But when we went back to ask more questions the guy at the front desk barely spoke to me. Was rude and told me I had to get out in 25 minutes before 3pm. They close at 4pm. And on top of that.. we were told they had BMW’s but not a single one on the lot. They have more American build cars then foreign built. They have great prices. But sadly not what we needed.

Wide selection of truck parts in particular. Be prepared for a lot of walking! Not the type of place you can get in and out of in 15 minutes.

They said they would be open saturday. Went down there Saturday nobody there. Returned on Monday. 11:00 a.m. . Closed again. !!! You're better off buying parts somewhere else. Like just go to the new car store in order to Parts it's cheaper in the long run. Between the time wasted gas miles on the car etc.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Plenty of cars of every type but spread out over a wide area. They will come pick you up if pulling larger parts like seats ect. Very reasonable and competitive prices. Only real complaint is majority of the vehicles are flat on to ground with no way to get under to pull speedometer cables ect.

The time clearly shows that they close at 4. I showed up at 3:14 and they shut the door in my face. I drove an hour to get here for nothing.

Not a bad place it was hard for me to find older cars from the 80s in their It's somewhat organized Unlike other yards but not a lot of Room to walk around the cars or get underneath them The white guy that works in the office with the tattoos Was a down the Earth guy and cool to chat with.

Good spot for junkyard auto parts. Won't always have what you're looking for but worth the shot. There's a $2 entry fee.
