B & F Towing came to my rescue when my motorhome broke down on a busy highway. Dave, the heavy duty tow truck operator, was professional and congenial. He towed my m/h 25 miles and made it look easy. I thought their rate was reasonable.

Toby is the man. Needed a transfer case for my 2015 ford 150 none on the shore. Had to come from Pa. I was told 3-5 business days it was here in two.

This place is terrible! Do not go here!they try to screw people over! They tried to give me $2.00 for red brass they said it was yellow and I also had yellow brass to compare it to. Plus every where else is $2.25 for yellow brass...these people are crooks they weighed it on the cart and the cart said it was 117 pounds and they took 120 pounds plus I never been charged a facility fee this is ridiculous

EMR recycling in New Castle used to be the best recycling place in the county to go to now they’re just like every other recycle company. They wanna beat the shit out of the customer so they can make more money. I understand the difference between number one and number two it used to be before number two is anything that had brazen rod on it or solder or any of that so I made sure I cut all my joints out Now they won’t even take number one if it’s got a little bit of dirt on it because it’s been inside of insulation that is straight bullshit. I will never come to EMR again and neither should you.

They gave me the best offer I could find and made the whole process really easy. From the initial offer to the final payment, everything was smooth and straightforward. These guys have been my go to for 10 years. They are a bunch of good guys working here, they'd give you the shirt off their back. Been buying parts from them since I was 16 and had my first junk car that needed constant work. They were always kind and professional and more importantly fair. They have a life long customer.

Needed a plastic part no longer available from the dealer for an old Audi A4 and Morgan's got back to me next day to let me know they had one. Sent me a picture of the part and quoted me a more than fair price. Even allowed me to come by outside normal hours to let me pick it up. The owner and people seem on the level from my limited experience with them, will definitely go back if I ever need a used or hard-to-find part again.

Calling is a waste of time, 9/10 they tell you they don't have anything you need, or even vehicles they do have, because they are too lazy or grumpy to deal with anything. When you go there it's not too bad, I prefer to deal with the lady, because she's not trying to make bank off each sale, still some of the prices can be 50% above acceptable. It's a 50/50 shot there.
