Newark recycling is the only place I'll go. They have excellent customer service and prices. Very clean yard and helpful staff that goes out of their way.

I have gone here before and never had an issue, but today I brought my copper and was paid $1.50 a pound and if you look at any and all copper prices no matter clean or dirty copper today the prices start at at least $3.00 so if you want to be low-balled go here, but I would suggest anywhere but Newark Recycling.

I have been taking scrap metal to them for years and never ever had a problem there. The staff are great to help in anyway and friendly at all the times when I go there.

Small but fair prices, quick in and out

I never write reviews but I had to today! I just went to Newark Recyling and it's pouring! The staff told me to stay in the car and they unloaded everything for me. I've been coming here for about 8 years now. The place is super clean. I never ever had a flat tire and always get help. I think they're prices are terrific. They do things a little different - they pay more money for more weight. So if you have 20 pounds you'll of course get less than if you have 800! It's the customers that don't understand how things work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.Sure go to Wilmington for a GUARANTEED FLAT TIRE!

I've been coming here since they opened. Nicest people in the world. They always are friendly and have good prices. I call around and they are always right on the money with the big yards.Some guy just got fired and keeps giving them bad reviews.Try them for yourself. You'll never go anywhere else. Good people!!

I've been coming to this place for years! I was gonna write a review for my 1st time cause these people are the best! I saw the poor reviews & was shocked! I always, always call around to compare prices and this place is always about .05 different then (the death trap) Diamond State - where you don't leave without a nail in your tire. These people are always helpful and prices are right on - if you do this for a living. If you never scrapped before & think you're gonna get rich in a shot - your stupid!

This place is the best! I have been a scrapper since before people even knew what it was! I have been to every yard and this one is the best!They did get some new employees, but they all are very nice and helpful!I'm getting too old for this so, when I pull up, the crew is there to help me unload! Cleanest place on the whole east coast! I was here when 2 people were complaining about money - it's their own fault! People - you're trash is not worth gold!! If you bring 1 pound - you shouldn't expect $10! The people complaining are always the ones trying to pull something smart and get away with it. This is a clean place for businesses and families not bottom feeders.
