Jamar was very unreliable and unprofessional. It sad you have to expect the worst service during Covid. I reached out to Ace towing 1 day in advance. I asked them to meet me at a location between 9 and 9:30 because he advised me he wanted to be paid in cash so I needed to go to the bank. I arrived before 9:30 and Jamar had left because he decided to handle another call. There was no call made to me telling me he was leaving, and then he had the audacity to tell me he will try to get back up there. People wonder why you wont support certain businesses, and he is the prime example. NEVER AGAIN!!!

ACE towing was phenomenal! Owner and Driver (Jamar) was great to work with. I bent a rim and was stranded in the middle of the night but he answered and picked me up within 15 minutes. He took great care of my car and was very knowledgeable. He could of over charged me because I had no other options and it was midnight but he didn’t. He gave me a better price than what other tow trucks charge during the day. I highly recommend ACE and Jamar. I will be calling ACE for all my tow needs and I will be referring him to all my family and friends. I would rate 100 stars if I could.
