O’Reilly’s and Autozone did not have the right fitting clip, but NAPA had a great book available to help compare and find the right size I needed. They could use a bigger selection of bulbs as they didn’t have the right fit for my rig.

Do not buy from here as they overcharge and are perfectly willing to lie and cheat there way to a sale. I am form ND and initially called looking for a specific vehicle. I told the guy on the phone what i was looking for and was very specific about what condition I wanted everything in. I later asked them if they could send me some pictures of the truck so i could see if it fit what i needed and was looking for and they sent the first 4 pictures were the truck looks nice and has everything attached. After renting a trailer and driving 5 hours I go to look at the truck and it is half torn apart with tons of parts missing wiring cut rust dents and looks like crap. And they expected me to give them a 1000 for it. I asked what the lowest they could do was after bringing up the condition and they said 750. The guy up front even tried to claim he told me about the condition it was in. If i had been told i would not have driven 5 hours with the intent to buy it. I ended up walking out. They wasted at least 400 to 500 of my money to rent a trailer and get there only to find the truck isnt what was advertised to me. Attached also are pictures of the trucks condition when i arrived.

My one son loves garbage trucks. I contacted Jon, Alexis and Bruce. They set-up a tour of the facilities. I brought my other son, they are twins. He is more fascinated with race cars. When we got there for the tour, they greeted us and had a company t-shirt, hat and cape their sizes, even for my other son. The tour was very safe and concentrated on safety. Keep up they great work! I’ve had pretty good experiences in the past with this company. However, I called on Monday to find out if they had a fender and bumper cover for my truck. It was early in the day and I was told that I would receive a call back as soon as they could check on it. No big deal I even gave him 24 hours until the next day and then I followed up. I was greeted on the telephone in the morning by a gentleman who sounded like he didn’t really enjoy his job very much or that he woke up on the wrong side or maybe was yelled at by his wife Before heading to work, one of the other. Regardless my conversation on Tuesday morning was we haven’t had a chance to look yet will call you when we do. That was at 8:45 AM. I called Again at 4:45 PM prior to them closing and was greeted by the same gentleman, reminding me how busy they are. At that point I asked him the next logical question. Should I look elsewhere? As soon as I asked him this question he hung up the phone on me when I called him back and said we must’ve got disconnected. He said no I hung up on you because you said should I buy it elsewhere? I should’ve said no I’ll wait seven weeks for you to get back to me. I try and support local business as often as I can, but when I can call Spaulding in Spokane and have something delivered to me before I can even get a call back from a salvage yard that’s a quarter of a mile down the road from me, what am I supposed to do? Do work people will buy local. If you don’t like your job quit. You sound like a state worker.

The employee's there were very helpful and knew all pros and cons regarding what I was purchasing. The store is clean The products they sell are in an easy to find spot that does always make sense! And on top of that they tend to be FAR LESS than their competitors. It was a very good experience and glad I stopped by there!!

We have bought 4 vehicles from Steve over the past 20 years. All have been good vehicles. We thought we had a issue with the AWD on the last car we bought , Steve went above and beyond to check it out and make sure there was nothing was wrong. They are very pleasant to deal with.

Been going here for years. Everything from tire changes, oil changes, and use car checks. They are amazing! So kind and they treat women with respect! Unlike alot of auto shops typically. They never talk down to me and are always happy to help you understand. They have also not charged me 2 diffrent times i have came in. Once for a 2hr diagnosis and another for a used car check. Jonny is the best! Years ago they even bought my junk car for a couple hundred when it wasent even worth anything cuz it was dead in the water. They are great people and work hard! Absolutely my go to place when my car needs work!

I always have a good experience at Carquest. These guys and gals know their stuff. Today, Devon helped me figure how to get my front differential filled with fluid. He went above and beyond. I'm not really sure why I would ever go anywhere else for my truck and car needs.

We waited 5 hours trying to get a hold of other tow truck companies and when Auto Recovery picked up, they came and picked us up within an hour since we were 50 minutes outside of Billings, MT. Super friendly, great all around service, and the driver let us bring our dog in the cab on the way back to Billings. I would highly recommend this family-owned business.
