We waited 5 hours trying to get a hold of other tow truck companies and when Auto Recovery picked up, they came and picked us up within an hour since we were 50 minutes outside of Billings, MT. Super friendly, great all around service, and the driver let us bring our dog in the cab on the way back to Billings. I would highly recommend this family-owned business. Thank you for helping us out in our time of need!

I needed my Suburban towed to a garage and the mechanic recommended AUTO RECOVERY. They were prompt and very courteous, They actually charged me less than what was quoted, it's never FUN when you require services of a tow truck, but it's always a much better experience when they are prompt, courteous and very professional. If I ever need tow service in the future I will call Auto Recovery Services.

After this long period of below zero temperatures, my car couldn’t start. I called to ask for the towing service. One nicest guy came and started our car instead with free charge; we need a new battery. Very friendly and on time quick services. Really appreciate ！
