The employee, Michelle, frequently interrupted and appeared disinterested during our conversation, making it challenging to have my questions addressed. This experience was frustrating and has led me to reconsider any future purchases from Devore Cook's Auto Part. Tim was very helpful, polite, and courteous. I was having trouble getting transmission out. He was patient with me and I was there a few mins after closing. He allowed to finish what I was doing, most places would have shut down at closing and me leave without the transmission. Thanks Tim.

Last weekend i was there getting parts for my classic car that hardly any junkyard gets them in. Went there on Thursday and Ian was there and he helped me find a golf cart to rent as i was getting some body panels. Went back several times over the course of 3 days, he was there for everything and his attitude and attention to detail to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied is what junkyards are missing and needs to come back! Ian is awesome and deserves more respect and appreciation from the management team which is do not think they care about their employees much less their VIP customers like myself and my family.

I would definitely recommend this company for anyone whom want to sale a vehicle for cash. I texted my vehicle information and someone contacted me right away with my quote. They picked up my vehicle in less than 35 minutes with cash that he quoted and the guy was very nice and got the job done quickly.

These guys are great! I had Junk Trunk come out to move three very large items out of my house. Bryan, Nyree and Randy went above and beyond to get it done, even having to take a door down and reinstall it. They were friendly, efficient and respectful and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

This company bought a vehicle from my location went through another vehicle took stuff out of it that didn’t belong to them and didn’t pay for the vehicle. They would send me a check, but then because a catalytic converter was not on there they could not pay for the vehicle after they remove the vehicle.

We had the unfortunate circumstance of having the water pump go out on my truck while headed to Tennessee. Thanks god it happened before Black Mountain and that we were able to get off the interstate. We called T and D and within an hour they were there and had my truck headed back home for what I consider a fair price. To the person I spoke with on the phone to the driver they were both nice to speak with. All of this happened on a Sunday and am very happy they were available to help. Would highly recommend them.
