Poor communication and this company doesn't stand on it's word. I had a scheduled towing for a Monday. The company was a no call no show several times. The dispatcher was terrible and gave me the run around for multiple days. The driver who picked up my car(Tony) was pleasant and friendly. He promised I could pick up my radio since the car would be scrapped. We'll the car was picked up on 4-24-24 and I called as instructed by the driver to retrieve my radio from the front desk. The dispatcher gave me the complete run around and never put me through to the driver. He consistently said he had to get in touch with the driver who picked up the vehicle. The dispatcher asked me did I have the drivers number to contact him? The dispatcher gave me the first three digits of the drivers number and had me send in a picture of my receipt. That message was left on unread. I never got my radio as promised. Bottom line, use a company which will show up when scheduled and one that offers effective communication. If they were not going to give me the radio it should of never been told to me that I could pick it up within a few days of receiving my car. A better dispatcher is definitely needed, one who can do his|her job and communicate with his drivers! I am highly disappointed in the service I received.

Got a quote from Peddle and received a call from Alan (I think this was his name anyways, been a couple weeks since the transaction) within 15 minutes confirming details, and the tow truck was out earlier the following day. Tow truck driver and Alan were both very respectful. Price seemed fair to me (price negotiation was handled by Peddle, not APB towing). No complaints across the board, would and might be following the same process in the future. 👍🏼

Contacted Alan with APB Wrecker service to pick up a junk car on my property, he provided me with excellent customer service given me a quick response to removing the junked car. He was on point with given me a fair market price for the junk car. The tow truck driver contacted me with updates to his ETA to my location. Once he arrived at my location he was very respectful to my needs and removed the junk car very professional, leaving no damage to the yard and leaving no debris from the junk car. His demeanor show great experience with doing wrecker service jobs. I did shop around and called several other wrecker services in the area and found that what they say they offer is not what they offered. APB Wrecker service was 100% accurate in the services they offer and more. Towed my car from my apartment in the middle of the night for being less than 2 feet over the caution lines ( not in 2 parking spots) when I am handicapped with proper documentation. Awful service. They are nothing but worms that have nothing to contribute to society. They lurk around late at night stealing cars from peoples apartments. Hard working Americans getting shafted by people that have nothing better to add to this world. The people working there have the collective iq of a pumpkin. I can’t wait till they make these types of predatory services illegal. They also charge 20% extra for debit cards (predatory). They also don’t have a website (predatory) and hide under the authority of APB WRECKER SERVICE (predatory)check the comments below where he is saying “durr these are two different businesses durr”Alan is affiliated with both. They use that company’s authority to tow cars. They might get you once but don’t let them get you twice! The money that these pirates take from you will return to you one day. But everyday they will have to live with being nothing more than a parasite to society. Edit: no I have the right company working from the same location don’t play stupid games with me clowns.

These people will spend hours scoping out a location, then they will put the post up real quick warning about towing and before the sign is completely up they are already hooking up the vehicle. No wonder they don't charge businesses for their services. They get to make the rules! Watched them start to hook up a vehicle. This guy is homeless and was asleep in the car. He works in the shopping center. This company searched for people to prey on. Horrible people. The property wasn't posted until 5 minutes before they started to tow it!! They are also known as Tip Towing. Galleria Walmart and the property manager of the location can do much better.

I benefited very well with my first experience with APB Wrecker Service. An agent for APB Wrecker Service promptly responded to my internet search for a local agency that purchases and retrieves old cars. The agent referred me to Alan, owner of APB Wrecker Service. Alan and I corresponded via both telephone and text as we worked out a deal for my ‘96 Mustang. I felt the deal was very generous and appropriate. Alan and I determined a retrieval date and time convenient to my schedule. On the scheduled pickup date Corey M., the tow truck driver, called prior to driving to my home to confirm the pickup time. Corey was very timely, respectful ,courteous, ,efficient, friendly and professional. Corey was also very careful not to damage my lawn or driveway. The agreed to payment and the paperwork were accomplished in a matter of a few minutes, I am confident that I did very well by doing business with APB Wrecker Service.

John, our service guy, was helpful and walked us through the painless process. He was polite and smiled the entire time. I never write reviews but I felt they truly deserved a good review. They work with Tip Towing(Alan Brown) a scamming company with bad reviews. Despite you are parked in one of the regular parking spot, Tip Towing will try to tow your car even if you recently done business with a store that they are supposedly contracted with.

Yesterday I called APB Wrecker Service and Allen (Alan) answered the phone promptly. I explained that my 98 Chevy Malibu was beyond repair and I need to salvage it. He thoroughly explained the process of collecting my car to me. The best part was they drove all the way out to Midland NC. APB was able to pick up my car within 24 hours. The gentleman. Arthur who came to collect my car was polite and professional. I was even surprised that I got some money for my salvage car. I highly recommend using APB wrecking. Thanks!

Just had a great experience with this company! Really, really great service from start to finish. I hated to get rid of my beloved VW but Jonathan(the guy who picked it up) was super cool and courteous. This company delivers! Jonathan was on time and the process was seamless. First off I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I feel like I should. I was trying to find a junkyard/ wrecker service that could take my 1993 civic coupe away. After trying different places I simply could not find anyone that was willing to take my car away for free, so when I call APB they said they would take it for $80. I agreed with Alan on the price and was happy to finally have my car towed away. Alan told me that they were able to pick up my car Tuesday morning (6/12/18). I waited the whole morning, I cleared my schedule because I trusted APB was going to pick up my car. Around 10:00am I called APB because they still hadn’t arrived!!! I wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone. I decided to give them a chance. I called back later around 12:00pm I finally was able to speak with Alan who told me that apprentaly he had put on his schedule to come pick my car up, he said he was going to check to see what happend and call me back! I didn’t receive a call from them at all anymore. So it’s 5:45pm (6/12/18) and I’m wrtiing this because honestly I’m upset at the customer service from APB. I read all the review of prior customer and saw everyone giving 5 star for great customer service well unfortunately I will not. June 13 2018 update I received a call from Alan, he explain everything that happened with his truck he apologies for the inconveniences and told he would pick up my vehicle for half the price !!! I regret everything I said about APB in the earlier statement I will highly recommend anyone to call APB. Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

Honesty goes a long way. Called a few other companies that were nickle and dime'n me on dings, dents, and other nonsense. Alan was great and explained to me just because my son wrecked his vehicle, it doesnt change the price because these companies pay per size and weight of vehicles. He had me on the schedule for same day pickup before we even hung up the phone. Driver showed up on time, and was very friendly. Wish I could give 6 stars..

I called early in the morning and was told that they were scheduling pick-ups several days out. I explained my situation and they made time that same day to come get my vehicle. And only about 3 hours after my phone call! Would highly recommend!
