We had the unfortunate circumstance of having the water pump go out on my truck while headed to Tennessee. Thanks god it happened before Black Mountain and that we were able to get off the interstate. We called T and D and within an hour they were there and had my truck headed back home for what I consider a fair price. To the person I spoke with on the phone to the driver they were both nice to speak with. All of this happened on a Sunday and am very happy they were available to help. Would highly recommend them.

Kyle saved us! We were broken down on the side of I-40 and were going to have to wait 2 hours for AAA!!! Not only was he there quickly (15-20 minutes) but he had us sit in the truck in the AC while he loaded the car and entertained us on the ride to the repair shop. Kyle really lifted our moods and was a godsend!

My car broke down in Marion, NC this AM. Words of great wisdom: "nothing is more expensive than a cheap Mercedes". My '95 SL500 has ignition problems that prompted a tow up the mountain to Ridgecrest, about 20 miles away. They said it would be 40 minutes, they were there in 25. Driver was great - professional and friendly. Got my car up the mountain at what was a surprisingly reasonable price. Could not have asked for a better experience (other than not breaking down, of course). Very pleased with every bit of the experience with T&D. Very highly recommended!
