Last weekend i was there getting parts for my classic car that hardly any junkyard gets them in. Went there on Thursday and Ian was there and he helped me find a golf cart to rent as i was getting some body panels. Went back several times over the course of 3 days, he was there for everything and his attitude and attention to detail to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied is what junkyards are missing and needs to come back! Ian is awesome and deserves more respect and appreciation from the management team which is do not think they care about their employees much less their VIP customers like myself and my family.

When pull apart first opened, their prices were very affordable and were priced accordingly to them being used parts but now they try to sell you used parts at the same cost you can get them brand new or they will sell them for higher, which is totally ridiculous someone, The company needs to update their pricing. I understand if you're desperate for a part and you need it today, then by all means spend your money but if not. Just buy it online. Response to Pull a part: The employees don't know which part is OEM or aftermarket, but you sell them both at the same cost..... And I remember when they use to leave the wheels on the car, even if it was a nice matching rim set. Now if the rims are nice, they take them off and sell them as a set for way higher.

Terrible experience coming here. Called before coming here about the car parts I'm interested in and got answer "Yes, we have exact car on our lot". 45mins drive here, paid yard fee just to see that car is NOT there (2005 E320). When I asked the guy, he told me that car is probably crushed and he doesn't have any info what management does. Why is that my problem??? Why I am offered yard voucher for free entrance if I they don't have what I need, but not my cash back? My point: if you ask for part and they say it is in stock, there is high possibility they do not have it be aware of that. Im not coming back here even if I'm being offered parts for free - because I know they probably don't have that either.

I come here pretty often, but yesterday I witnessed one of the staff start and then escalate a situation with a paying customer over 5$ after he changed the price on him. I was appalled and disgusted by the way he handled the entire situation, the rest of the staff is great but I don’t see why that man would be here representing your business dealing directly with the public with that kind of horrid unprofessional attitude. Times are hard these days, that’s why pull a part has customers trying to save money, no need to treat them less than human. If I were the owner I would look into this employees performance.

Tom or Tim was the manager when I pulled up without hesitation he nicely sold me a great battery and installed it although they are not required to do so at all. Along with one of his employees I think his name was Carlos. Mind you I'm 7 months pregnant. This is the kind of customer service when Great people go far and beyond it says awesome things about their character and how they love the job that they do. Thank You All for such an awesome experience I will definitely be back.

Responded to my specific question with generic info telling me they are not staffed to help in any way without actually being on the yard. They can't even answer simple questions and though they do have an answering service, they apparently don't have a phone at the physical location. Terrible business model and terrible customer service so far. But I need a part. Guess I'll drive 68 miles to find out if the 1 car on the lot still has what I need. Feels like a very risky gamble and waste of time and fuel for something I should be able to learn over the phone. NOT IMPRESSED.

Several times before yesterday I had been to Pull-A-Part without issues and told several friends about my 5 star experience. Yesterday was the complete opposite. After hitting a deer and destroying my car hood I went there (120 mile round trip to buy one ). They had two one severely dented and one slightly rusted with pealing paint and a slightly shredded hood pad they said it cost $77.00. a fixed hood price The last one I bought from them was far cheaper and in near perfect condition. Being a grumpy old man I expressed my discontent at the price. I was told the price was set by the company. Dissatisfied I asked to talk to the Manager. I was told they had no manager. I left without the hood and left most of what I was going to buy there, and I still feel the overcharged me for the empty air filter box, that I left with. I can't see any reason to go back nor continue recommend to anyone else. Because there are only clerks to talk to. Wonder how they know their work schedule without a Manager ?

I used to give this place 5 stars because they were way cheaper and nicer than LKQ but now they're charging just like LKQ. Prices have gone up significantly which I was told "due to inflation" which I feel is just a lie to gouge peoples wallets. They never have any wheelbarrows and even when they do they're so bent up and the tires are so flat that you can't even push them through the deep gravel they have throughout. They had someone claiming to be an employee walking around smashing a bunch of windows and fenders and when someone confronted him he started screaming and cussing at the guy threatening him with a tire iron. The place has gone down hill

I never buy a battery from them again they advertise 29.99 for a battery but they started selling reconditioned batteries and those cost 80 and the conveniently don't have any used ones in stock other junk yards in the area only charge 50 for reconditioned batteries so I'll be going there from now on update the reconditioned battery didn't last a week before it died seriously don't buy batteries from them got an auto response to contact the customer service did and never got a reply past the automated reply
