I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with Pull-A-Part was outstanding. I first spoke with Ruth who was courteous and professional. She gave me all the information I needed and what would I need to do at my end.My car was picked up the next day by Anthony who was also courteous and professional. He was here at exactly the time he said he would be. I was amazed at how easily he pulled into my driveway and prepared my car for towing.Thank you Ruth, Anthony and the staff of Pull-A-Part for such an efficient and pleasant experience. 😀👍❤

As a woman needing a part for my vehicle I was a little hesitant to take on the pull a part thing. As I nervously walked into the business I was immediately approached by Rob and asked if I needed help with anything. He appeared to be busy by the hands full of stuff he had but maybe I looked like I needed help and he was wonderful in assisting me with navigating the computer to determine where the vehicle would be on the yard and offered to have it pulled from the vehicle for me. Great customer service by him from start to finish! I felt so confident leaving there with my parts knowing I had the correct part for my vehicle! If I ever need another part I will be asking for him specifically to assist me! Thank you and keep up the great work Rob!

I went there to get some parts for my Jeep and my ford truck and they had everything I needed, they have all the vehicle very well organized, large selection and the prices are more than fair. I didn’t even realize they have used tires too! Easy to get to location and plenty of parking. They even offer wheel-barrows and golf carts so you don’t have to hike your parts out. Will continue to go back!

Rob the sales manager was very helpful. He used the Fork truck to help me remove the motor and carried it to the load cell. Loaded on my truck really well. I'm impressed with PAP Charlotte employeesGot a real good deal on a four-cylinder engine. Upgraded to 120 day warranty. Keep my fingers crossed everything works well.

The customer service there is Awesome! Go here if you want great service….. Tim / Production Manager and Rob / Retail Manager service was outstanding they did not let me leave without everything that I needed. They really went above and beyond their scope of duties. This team knows just what customer service means.

Needed a power seat switch for a 2007 Pacifica. Found the part from 2 major parts suppliers, but it wasn't available, although it was listed for $320 and $270. A friend mentioned Pull-a-Part and I visited the Charlotte location. I found the vehicle containing the part I needed. Returned the next day and was told that they could pull it NOW. Waited about 20 minutes and there it was. Cost me less than $25. That's service! Thanks to Rob and the crew at the Charlotte location.
