There when we needed them most. I dealt with Krystal or maybe it's Crystal. Either way she went above and beyond for me. I was traveling from Nevada to North Carolina and stopped for the night in Laramie. Next morning I had a dead battery and was hauling my RV. Let's just say that thanks to Krystal who I believe was the store manager, I was on my way in no time.Thanks to her, and all the kind country folks in Laramie I am now considering moving there. Great auto parts at an affordable price. Excellent customer service...sorry but time for me to say goodbye to Auto Zone.

"It's me again, Norm...". Listen. There's a lot of pick-n-pulls across this nation, but I'll tell you; the folks down here are top notch. Especially the automotive encyclopedia that goes by Norm. They had exactly what I needed, and where to direct me, and were absolutely polite and knowledgeable. (Do not swear around the ladyfolk.) If you need anything to fix an older model vehicle, I'm sorry to shut down O'Reilly's, Napa, or AutoZone: but come here first. You'll be glad you did.

West Bank donated a large dumpster for our 79th annual Bondurant BBQ. This was a surprise as we had planned to have to pay for it. Our community club raises money to help the community. We are so grateful and. I can’t say enough about their kindness. Thank you seems so insignificant. These people are a superior business! John and Auto Recyclers came to my rescue and I’m so grateful! I was in an accident north of Rawlins and the police (Sergeant Jim Rhea) contacted John and he was able to tow me to Walmart Tire Center in Rock Springs, Wyoming and even checked to see if he had a replacement tail light and bumper in stock for me. So…once I could drive again on a replacement tire, I was able to drive to Auto Recyclers and they installed the replacement tail light for me and also attached the replacement bumper to my bike rack. I’m so grateful!

Horrible customer service. They have had my title over a week now for my car and all I have gotten is the runaround to get the vehicle picked up. The drivers sound and seem very lazy and give nothing but excuses and lies. Call peddle, not these jokers. You'll get more and they will come faster and be more professional

The staff at this store are amazing! Recently did head gaskets on our truck and the staff were very helpful getting me the correct part everytime. Their staff was more knowledgable and more helpful than the GMC parts department in town. Keep up the great work and yall will be my first stop shop for parts from now on.

Nice guys. They will come over just to make sure you are okay and then help out with anything you need within reason time. I was stuck at an auto parts store, they just saw I was having some real trouble and were very helpful. I would go back to them for service because they weren't jerks and fixed things honestly. Great people. Checked out my car and instead of telling me 100 things that are wrong and giving me a huge bill, instead said everything's runs good. You have a couple small things we did but it was pretty minor. Had it fir two days under 100 bucks. Thank you. You just git my truck next.
