My husband bought a bunch of stuff for our vehicle and I came in to return 1 item for $114 and we spent almost $400, well I no longer have the gift card he used for it that our money was put onto and TOM was not very nice at all. He turned me away and would not help me. Sooo, I called today and JUSTIN was EXTREMELY helpful and returned my money! Thanks JUSTIN!!

I was stranded away from the store and called for the part I needed. I referenced the part and confirmed several times it was what I needed and she told me it is definitely in stock. I paid $38 for a round trip Uber just to be told they didn't have the part. "Sorry" does not fix the situation or excuse the level of incompetence this store offer... would not recommend this store. Find what you need with better service anywhere in town.

This store was so nice and friendly. We had a broken hose in our van on a Saturday. Dealer couldn’t get the part for three days. This Napa helped us with a temporary solution to get us back on the road. They had great customer service and we would suggest them to anyone!

I went in there today to ask them if they could help me with the bolts for a cover that was hanging from the bottom of my car because of the snow. I am guessing because it was right before close and it was cold and snowy out, they just stood behind the counter and said they couldn’t help. I have at other auto parts stores that gladly help with that sort of thing. Lousy customer service. Right as I was about to leave the parking lot, one of the employees they said they couldn’t help walked out to go home.

You might pay a bit more sometimes but the parts are good and they always seem to have the parts I can't find anywhere else.
