I drove 300 miles out of my way to get a part that they have available. Couldn’t get them to do 15 minutes of work and go pull the part. Nice to drive 300 miles and be within 50’ of a part that I need, cash in hand, but leave empty handed. Not sure I understand your business model Auto Recyclers.

Tried to order a simple part from them, was told It could be pulled that day, they pulled the wrong piece said they would pull the right piece and get back to me, crickets till I texted them the next morning when they said they’re yard guy was out that day. Barely any communication from they’re part and didn’t act like they wanted my business, went 10 minutes down the road and got a better price

John and Auto Recyclers came to my rescue and I’m so grateful! I was in an accident north of Rawlins and the police (Sergeant Jim Rhea) contacted John and he was able to tow me to Walmart Tire Center in Rock Springs, Wyoming and even checked to see if he had a replacement tail light and bumper in stock for me. So…once I could drive again on a replacement tire, I was able to drive to Auto Recyclers and they installed the replacement tail light for me and also attached the replacement bumper to my bike rack. I’m so grateful!
