Went here with my friends and grabbed a few parts for an old civic. Miss Ruthy (I believe that’s her name) gave us an awesome deal for all the parts and really helped us out when we were in a tough spot. Will absolutely be back in the future !

This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I called yesterday morning and I received a quote. Upon calling back it took forever for someone to answer the phone and even worse I was sent a video from a different number explaining they would pick up the car with no keys or title. This was mentioned yesterday and Perkins still agreed to come pick up my car at 10 am the next day. Here I am today, at 11:25 am and Perkins is not here and he actually called me at 11 am to say I can’t do it anymore. When asked for a specific reason he explained that “he would just have to back out”. He proceeded to hang up on me. I thought this was a mistake and called back and he hung up on me again. I am completely upset by all of this because he had already agreed to do business with me. Claude Perkins, Please don't advertise something you guys do not do and please do not agree to come pick up my vehicle and then one, be an hour late and two, cancel on me without an apology. That was extremely unprofessional regardless if you are unable to fulfill your duties or not. Have a blessed life sir and stop hanging up on people. Thank you

After a hit and run messed up both my minivan passenger side doors, insurance wanted to "total" it and give us only $2k. Body shop estimated $5k. I cancelled my claim and found the 2 doors (and some trim) at S&W for $192. My son helped me pull 'em from the yard and we got them installed tonight. This van has many good years left in it...They had free hot coffee/cold water and the friendly front desk folks helped me search for a match. I appreciated the large wheelbarrow and port-o-potty in the yard. Great experience, will be back.

I went to this salvage yard to purchase a car engine and a radiator. I was convinced by the on-site mechanic to go ahead and allow them to be the ones to put the parts into my vehicle. Long story short, it has now been over a month and they still have my car. Apparently the mechanic who was supposed to work on my car was arrested and according to the owner they don’t have anyone else that can work on my car. And the owner has been nothing but rude and condescending whenever I call trying to figure out a solution. Mind you I paid them up front IN CASH. I don’t recommend this place whatsoever.

Good folks here .. had what I needed and at a good price.

I just purchased a battery from them 4/24/24. I got a diagnostic test done on my vehicle 9/3/24 and my battery is at 26%. The only thing the guy on the phone could tell me is his battery in his vehicle has lasted over 2 years and his sons is lasting over a year and they have a 3 month policy and there’s nothing they can do. I see they care more about money than giving actual good service and solutions.

I definitely would recommend this place to anyone you definitely wouldn't go wrong All of the guys are very amazing an handsome they make sure I had what I needed to get my car back on the road 🥰🥰

I hate hate this place is around they always have the nastiest damn attitudes never trying to help always want you to know like you're a mechanic yall are the car experts sir they always waking up on the wrong side of the bed breathing hard when asked what they think is a dumb question this has been going on for yearsss how tf are they even still a business but I guess we need salvage yards I know saying do better will not help this place but simply go to hell

I had a horrible experience with this company I ordered a radiator and starter on Friday Jan 3 I was told because it was a Friday he would have them Monday I paid 260$ for both parts Monday comes he has the starter driver Left the used radiator at the warehouse ok Tuesday comes I pick up the radiator and my mechanic says they must have rushed to take this out the pipes are still on he proceeded to put in pours coolant in holes all in the radiator I called him told him what happened and magically in 45 minutes he had me ,what he says was A new one ,I go to my mechanic and he puts it in and he says I believe this was the one you originally paid for and they were just trying to sell you an older one and resell this one and I believe the same thing I can't remember the gentleman name but he is the heavy set guy that sits on the right Shame on you for taking advantage of the customers and All Praises To The Most High 🙌🏿 for looking out for me I will NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS NOR RECOMMEND IT

I called to get a quote on my vehicle told him my situation with not having the title.. I was told “to get off my phone n**ga” very unprofessional smh no wonder why they have 3 star lol
