This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I called yesterday morning and I received a quote. Upon calling back it took forever for someone to answer the phone and even worse I was sent a video from a different number explaining they would pick up the car with no keys or title. This was mentioned yesterday and Perkins still agreed to come pick up my car at 10 am the next day. Here I am today, at 11:25 am and Perkins is not here and he actually called me at 11 am to say I can’t do it anymore. When asked for a specific reason he explained that “he would just have to back out”. He proceeded to hang up on me. I thought this was a mistake and called back and he hung up on me again. I am completely upset by all of this because he had already agreed to do business with me. Claude Perkins, Please don't advertise something you guys do not do and please do not agree to come pick up my vehicle and then one, be an hour late and two, cancel on me without an apology. That was extremely unprofessional regardless if you are unable to fulfill your duties or not. Have a blessed life sir and stop hanging up on people. Thank you

I ran a add on Craigslist..Mr.Perkins called and inquired about my car,I told him my asking price and he said that he wanted the car.I told him I was at work at the moment but he could come by and get the car when I got off..I called him again to confirm and give him my address...when Quay showed up he told me that he couldn't give me 500 for my car,I told him that was the price that was discussed between Mr.Perkins and I,he called Mr.Perkins and I spoke with him and he said that I was asking for 500 but I didn't specify?? Like how clear could I have been?? They tried to low ball me with 300 no sir.....that's not what was discussed on top of having another buyer that I bypassed to patronize Mr.Perkins...he is unprofessional and a swindler..and he takes advantage of women because he likes to try to manipulate your words...iam disgusted and livid at how my time was wasted today!!Service: Vehicle purchasing

Was contacted about a car I have for sale. Said he would call me back soon. It's been all day, and now he is not responding to any form of communication. Not professional at all. I'm glad the only communication was a phone call, because I would hate to meet these people.

Terrible service. Lied to me about what they would pay for the car (on top of low-balling me to begin with) and left me in the pouring rain when they arrived and offered me far less upon arrival. Don't use them. Liars.
