We showed up at lunchtime (oops) so we waited for an hour. Then the semi to take a load away showed up and they loaded that first. Our turn and the first words we heard were "So sorry about the wait". Instant smile on our faces and the young gentleman on the crane unloaded us in under 10 minutes. It was my first time there and I have nothing but great things to say about this place!!

It's great that the owner really likes cars. It's also pretty amazing that he seems to know right were things are in his extensive selection of cars, trucks, and parts. Great selection, fair prices, and good customer service.

This is an awful company, please avoid doing business with them – they’re scammers. I placed an order for a Subaru legacy two weeks ago, and every day they come up with an excuse. They took $1400 from my account on the same day, but now it's been over two weeks and three days without any tracking information. I've called them more than 20 times, and they just keep putting me on hold. I’m going to file an official complaint on DIX and ZABRI & GG

Brought in carbide knowing full well exactly what it was and the guy tried to tell me it was mixed steel (it was not) he simply held a low power magnet to it and tried to lie to me. I was appalled. Took it to Padnos who tested it properly (grinder and magnet) and it was indeed carbide. Walked out with 132 bucks. Much better than the $3.30 this guy was trying to give me. I felt as if he knew it was indeed carbide and was tryin to rob me. Won't go there again and won't recommend them

Everything was simple and smooth. Needed a radio for my Acadia; David made it easy and got the part shipped from another location out here. Called me when it was ready and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Sold me a used engine described as Good/tested/needs water pump. I asked at time of order if the engine was milkshaked and the sales person said no. Got it home and was prepping it, and the coolant was mixed with the oil. Trenton Auto Parts refused to issue me a refund with their 30 day warranty (after 1 day after pickup). Tried to tell me there was a restocking fee, which was not listed anywhere on the invoice. I was told to take "my" engine and leave. Small claims lawsuit pending

The gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful. I needed a headlight assembly for my car, which is a foreign vehicle that's extremely hard to find parts for since it's 18 years old. I originally only needed my passenger side. They had one and quoted me $60, which is a price I was happy with. When I got down there, me and the gentleman realized that it was an aftermarket headlight. He offered to give me the driver side as well with no extra cost so I could replace both and not have mismatched headlights. If I ever need parts again, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

Been going here for a year or two. They dont need manners they are just busy and dont think sometimes so dont blame them if they get snippy with ya. Its a good place for used batteries on the fly if they have any and the price for used parts is a hit and miss. I recommend this place at any time due to pricing and good source of used parts. I dont remember if they sell new parts but hey! check em out!
