The guys here were great to work with. My vehicle broke down over 100 miles from home, they picked it up from the local shop,for them and even shipped me some personal items I had left behind. Great service!

We showed up at lunchtime (oops) so we waited for an hour. Then the semi to take a load away showed up and they loaded that first. Our turn and the first words we heard were "So sorry about the wait". Instant smile on our faces and the young gentleman on the crane unloaded us in under 10 minutes. It was my first time there and I have nothing but great things to say about this place!!

I have never attempted to fix my own vehicle before like this. Oil changes, tires, and batteries sure, but after hitting a deer? Nope. Insurance totalled it out even though what is wrong is only cosmetic. U-Pull and Save far surpassed any expectation I had. The staff is genuinely kind and caring (funny too). I just had an all around great experience pulling the parts needed for my vehicle. How it started to How it's going. Not finished yet, but thanks to U-Pull and Save it will be.

Called and we’re completely rude

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dix Automotive Recyclers. Not only did they display blatant racism during my interactions with them, but they also resorted to calling me a liar when I questioned their unethical behavior. Initially, they promised to ship a product to me within a reasonable timeframe. However, they failed to fulfill this commitment, leaving me waiting for days without any updates or communication. When I inquired about the delay, they provided flimsy excuses and attempted to deflect blame onto me. Furthermore, they offered me a deal but continuously lied about the price they originally promised, clearly trying to avoid honoring their agreement. It's evident that Dix Automotive Recyclers lacks integrity and professionalism in their business dealings. I strongly advise against engaging with Dix Automotive Recyclers due to their discriminatory behavior, dishonesty, and overall poor customer service. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your automotive needs.

Brought in carbide knowing full well exactly what it was and the guy tried to tell me it was mixed steel (it was not) he simply held a low power magnet to it and tried to lie to me. I was appalled. Took it to Padnos who tested it properly (grinder and magnet) and it was indeed carbide. Walked out with 132 bucks. Much better than the $3.30 this guy was trying to give me. I felt as if he knew it was indeed carbide and was tryin to rob me. Won't go there again and won't recommend them

Everything was simple and smooth. Needed a radio for my Acadia; David made it easy and got the part shipped from another location out here. Called me when it was ready and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Found the part I needed at this shop. I went with a screen shot of it and upon entry , I was immediately greeted and helped. Women friendly ! Not trying to rip us off ! The guy whom helped me was very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Part worked like a charm on my car and I was completely satisfied with the customer service. Will use this company again and recommend it .

Never had an issue dealing with this used auto part yard. Part worked and fit perfectly, and if they didn't, I have noticed they take care of you fairly in a remedy. I work for a shop so we do a fair amount of business with G&T.

Will never use this place again what a joke, called on a rim for a 08 Dodge avenger, got that on no problem. Called back said I needed 2 more with the size tires I needed. Was told they were different on the rims I needed no big deal asked if they can find the size tires I needed for them rims. Was told they will look and call me back. No problem, waited all day no call back. Called them the next day same thing there still looking for tires. Waited another day no calls back. So I found tires else ware and told them I just need the rims. Took them another day to call me to let me know the rims were ready. Get there and they had it down under a Pontiac G6 had the wrong rims waiting for me. The correct rims were still on the other vehicle that we got the first rim off from. Had to wait for them to pull them rims and dismount the tires. Needless to say we will not do business with them again. This was not for a personal vehicle I run a transmission shop and would have continued to do business with them but not after all that. Waisted so much time for a simple job.

It's a great place to do business with. Fair pricing, solid work that they back up. Been doing business there for decades.

I've been here a few times, and every interaction was friendly and cordial.From what I've seen, they're a hard-working family that do their best to help their local community and deserve everyone's business before their alternatives.I definitely suggest and recommend these guys, especially for the prices they have.
