This is what Gary Mann Sr does. He is also our landlord and he stoops this low when people no longer work for him an his son and work for another tow company he blocks our yard and driveway so our children can’t play. We also can’t even drive up or down our driveway. There is literally a dumpster & 8 truck body’s blocking the way He don’t fix anything in the house and belittles people. What a great company owner and landlord 👍.

I would give 5 start for the people that work there, they were cool, except the sales man… i wish i could put 0 for the parts that i got tho… i got a door and a fender, the fender was great but the liner damaged “didn’t care cause i wasn’t gonna install it anyways”, the door on the other hand I thought it comes with the mirror, it didn’t no problem… the window doesn’t work and the part that holds the door from swinging is seized and i was charged 680 for it… Had to switch interior of doors old with new too to match, i find broken glass and the cotton inside is yellow instead of white side mirror doesn’t work as well… all what upsets me the most and i ask them to adjust the price just a bit cause im not lying when i say i barely keeping up and i wanna surprise my sister with her car fixed, they over charged me for a door that doesn’t open windows nor side mirror moves, damaged interior part the part that holds the door from swinging open and even the paint needs wax.

Called 4x in two days during 9/2024 to find out a condition of a used Chevy 5.3L L84 $3500 motor they have in stock. All I got were multiple we will call you back answers and sorry we forgot you. If this is their best customer service now, I don't want to find out what happens when or if there is a real problem.

I been buying used parts from these place for the last few years and they have the best prices and parts for almost any car or SUV over few years old. Also they give u good warranty and will replace parts right away if something is wrong with the parts u bought..

I have been to two recent events; Avon NY and Williamsville NY. I cannot say enough about the employees! So polite and well organized. Expeditious process. No wait. Friendly, POLITE employees! Not the best place you can't see the weight of what your selling ,the one in the office with glasses the short spanish one is rude and has an attitude like if you have problems customers don't have to deal with your crap can improve by getting people who know how to be polite but the rest of the workers are fine

Customers beware! Had a flat tire, just needed air. Called the closest garage to me, about 15 minutes away. Was told a half hour wait; guy showed up an hour later (he was nice). He didn't have enough air in his compressor tank to fully fill my tire. When I called about being charged for this or at least a discount,... Nope. He was told to return & refill his tank and I would wait another 45 minutes to an hour to have my tire filled. Obviously all about money for this company and nothing to do with customer experience. Do NOT use this business! Not to mention almost $100 just for air in my tire! 😮👎🏼

For nearly a year, I had been searching for a transmission control module for my commercial truck it's a 1994 isuzu NPR, and trying to locate parts has become tedious and mundane. So when I came across Route 7's ad, I had to inquire. After speaking with Rob a couple of times, he was able to locate exactly what I needed. The guy in that deals with the scale is a crook. Every time I go, it is a different excuse to lower how much we get back. Used to go all the time, but it is a shame. I will be using a different scrap yard. Definitely avoid if you can he is a real con artist.
