This is what Gary Mann Sr does. He is also our landlord and he stoops this low when people no longer work for him an his son and work for another tow company he blocks our yard and driveway so our children can’t play. We also can’t even drive up or down our driveway. There is literally a dumpster & 8 truck body’s blocking the way He don’t fix anything in the house and belittles people. What a great company owner and landlord 👍.

These guys were nothing but amazing. I’ve been trying to a week to get the headlights working on my kenworth. They were quick to get me in on short notice. They worked diligently for two hours to find the issue causing only one headlight to work on bright only. They found the wiring issue and repaired it and had me on my way in the two hours. Very professional and communicated well step by step. The lady I spoke with in the office was absolutely amazing as well. Very friendly. Ps if you’re a dog person the shop dog is someone to meet as well. Thanks again!!

NYTP doesn’t care about the welfare of the motorists, one dump truck was spilling dirt and rocks over I 287 .Due to an unsecure tailgate .One of the rocks landed right on my windshield,chipping it .I called the company and spoke to the owner ,I told him what happened and he thinks I want to take there money .The company is liable because the tailgate was not secure, the bed was overflowing with dirt ,not allowing the tailgate to lock ,leaving a huge gap for the debri to fall. I wish I could post the pictures of this dump truck.

Had a company bus break down in New York! The gentleman from Ny truck parts showed up within 30 minutes and towed it back over an hour away to company property. No issues and would HIGHLY recommend them for your needs!

Tom was a very likeable young man. He was very reassuring concerning my vehicle. Definately appeared to know his stuff. He was on time and extremely patient. This was not my usual experience with a towing company where I generally wait for hours. Thank you for your professionalism.PS .The dispatcher was also extremely helpful.

Tom, who was the flatbed driver was amazing. Very respectful and professional. My vehicle sustained damage to the tire which made it difficult to pull it up onto the flatbed. Tom was able to secure it in such a way that the vehicle didn't sustain and body damage. He's a surgeon with his tools. He even followed up with me to let me know it arrived safe at the shop with no further damage. Highly recommend these guys!

I called today to have my vehicle towed to our local mechanic. Tommy, the driver, was in touch right away to confirm my address and give an ETA. He was punctual, respectful and especially kind to my young son who was extremely interested in his truck. He confirmed the address of the auto shop and was on his way very efficiently. I'm pleased with his level service and would happily recommend him to anyone in need of assistance.

We called for a service from these guys and as we dealt for 165 per hour with Gary as the mechanic picks up the truck and tow it to another site, then the work is finished. But, after the mechanic reached the destination Gary said there is gonna be charge for toll, tax and for the mechanic gets back to the shop. Service started at 4:15 PM and ended at 7:38 PM, but Gary charged us for 8 hours work with threat of not detaching our truck at the destination and he was using dirty words that shows this company hires unprofessional dispatch. Also, as we asked for invoice to get paid he was saying that he is out of office and to get back to the office, there is going to be extra an hour charge. To be honest, we got hand written invoice after couple minutes and then our dispatch asked for what they are charging us 8 hours and Gary started to yell at him saying his mechanic waiting there. As a big enough company with 50 trucks, we DO NOT RECCOMEND anyone this shop as soon as they will hire proffessional dispatch that can work with customers.

I was involved in a accident due to the snow todayI was in middle of calling roadside when Gary pulled up and asked if I needed a tow. I asked how much to tow and change my tire he replied on a very reasonable amount and got me on my way in less than 30min . (Without trying to up sell or give me the run around unfortunately like Other companies)Definitely a stand up company with reasonable fee and reliable service.I would recommendThanks again GaryLevi
