Called them to ask if they still do car inspections, was told yes. I drove over, had no wait time. I was in and out in half hour. Great professional service.

These folks are super easy to work with and had the part I needed after two other places either sent the wrong one of didn't really have the part after telling me they did. I called and the office person found the part and confirmed it existed. She took my card info and said she could have it moved to the yard closest to me for no charge. 3 days later the part is in my hands and is in great condition looking almost new. I will happily call them first the next time I need a used part. Outstand service all around.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced (we have the conversations on recording). I purchased a faulty ECM from them verified by the CAT dealership. The lady refused to do anything. If you are going to purchase from here, buy with caution. Bring your own testing equipment to location, do not get things shipped to you. I paid $75 to have it 2 day shipped. And got screwed on everything.

Prices here are very good, the service is friendly, and in my experience they've given me the correct prices for what I bring, while other places I've been to have been dishonest about that sort of thing. The folks that work here are pretty helpful too. This is the first place I've been to where they'll help guide you in where they want you to dump. They're hard working and hands on when it comes to their work. The yard is pretty easy to navigate with plenty of options to pull in and out. The office has a fridge and a freezer with ice cream and drinks for sale, which is a great morale booster, especially on a hot day, and the lady that works in the office is very friendly. I've been here several times now, and will be a returning customer for the foreseeable future. I've been to several other junkyards in about a 30 mile radius and these people beat them all in both price and the overall experience of visiting the location.

GREAT PLACE! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had an issue with an engine that we found broken timing guides. Told him and he said he would make it right, apologized and delivered another engine 3 hours away for our inconvenience! Top notch guy! Highly recommend! You don’t find businesses like this anymore!

Called about taking my van there and the tires were brand new so I wanted to know if I could take them off but the person I talked to apparently couldn’t answer that question. He told me to call back on Monday so I did and he answered put me on hold them came back on the phone and said I told you to call back on Monday at 9 am very rudely and hung up when I was still trying to talk to him. Very unhappy with the customer service and definitely will not be using them or recommending them to anyone.

Been friends with Kenny for a long time couldn't ask for a nicer guy to deal with recommend any one that needs a inspection or parts go see him.

I was recommended by a few friends to “ check out Yertys for car parts , they are really nice and pretty affordable “ . Affordable … maybe ? I wouldn’t know. Nice?.. 1000% NOT. I called earlier this afternoon looking for a car part (something I am sure is within the job description and deal with on a daily ).. the man who answered was extremely rude / huffing and puffing and acting annoyed while I was asking for my part . He then dryly replied with a follow up question, while I was looking at paperwork to answer him and began speaking - I was very rudely interrupted with “ you know what it doesn’t matter , it doesn’t matter, it doesn’t even matter because there are only 2 of them and we don’t have either one “ and I said “oh ok , I’mConfused at only have 2 of what because I never told you the answer you were asking , I am trying to…” ::phone hangs up:: in mid conversation. … hey man , if you don’t like your job , find a new one! And when dealing with customer’s ( definitely not a job for you ..obviously) you may want to be just a tad bit nicer before you start to lose clientele.

I salvaged my vehicle and K&W took care of everything. They made the process so easy for me. I would highly recommend to anyone especially women who need someone to help them with the process. Much gratitude.

I have had work done from time to time on my truck and on several third-party trailers I’ve had issues with over the past three years and every time I have had the work done right the first time at a reasonable price. Twice they could have gouged me and I wouldn’t have been the wiser but they didn’t .. they found the simple problem and charged me a few bucks and I was back on the road. I had to have my rig towed a month or so ago and the response was fast and the charges affordable. Its rare to find fair minded people in this business; these guys are all competent, friendly, and honest.

Unfortunately 2 of my vehicles were towed from near my house. Contacted the police and they sent me to this place. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely polite and professional. Came in to get my car expecting to pay a ton of money because storage fee’s because I couldn’t pick them up for 5 days. They worked with me instead of just screwing me over with extortionist pricing like most places do. Very awesome place with even better service and people. 5 star business

Person attending was rude and not customer focused. Cost of parts out of the U-pull it yard high compared to Grable. The yard is hard to navigate.
