Unfortunately 2 of my vehicles were towed from near my house. Contacted the police and they sent me to this place. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely polite and professional. Came in to get my car expecting to pay a ton of money because storage fee’s because I couldn’t pick them up for 5 days. They worked with me instead of just screwing me over with extortionist pricing like most places do. Very awesome place with even better service and people. 5 star business

Towed my daughter's car from school, she deserved it for parking in the wrong lot because of snow. We call, get a quote of $100 no problems. My daughter goes to get the car because I'm 3 hours away and now it's $150. Then "the owner" says I could have charged your daughter $45 a day for storage. Great way to treat a struggling college student and way to be honest on your pricing.

Good prices on used auto parts, they always call me back and tell me either way on whether they have my needed part or they don't, always in a timely and professional manner. I've been dealing with them a number of years and probably will keep dealing with them for the time to come. Tom knows, like the rest of his staff know how to treat their customers right!

Very personable staff, and the best prices you can find in this category. They do odds and ends like mount and balancing tires etc All for a good price.

This place keeps calling me, telling "Bob" that a part is ready for him. I have called their phone number ten times in two days and sent a text to tell this place that they have a wrong number. I can't get through by phone, no voice mail, and the text messages go unanswered. They need to have a decent phone number so that at least a message can be left. This is no way to conduct business. I will be telling people about this.
