Amazing customer service. I called to see about getting rid of my old car they gave me the best price I could find. I told them I wouldn't have the key till next week and they were fine with me dropping it off when I got it. They were also able to pick up the car same day if I wanted them to.

They have always been very nice and understanding of why I needed to get rid of my vehicle. They have hauled away about 3 to 5 vehicles for me over the years. repeat business with Rusty Hook. Always great service and friendly when they arrive to pick my vehicles. If you need to get rid of unwanted/broken down or just can't fix the car, they are the best.

Took 10 days and 3 phone calls for them to tell me they broke headlight removing days ago and never told me. Called them and they said they had another one and would call me back. They didn’t I called back and magically they knew it wouldn’t fit didn’t call or notify me. Very poor communication and very poor experience buying. Got a refund and will not use this company again. Very very poor cominication
