Got a hard to find engine from this place for a Subaru. They had the best price I could find, best mileage and engine runs great and burns no oil. Customer service was helpful, patient and friendly. I talked to a handful of salvage yards and they were the best by far. They delivered to my mechanic and made everything easy. Looking for parts for another vehicle so I’m looking here again. Highly recommend.

Had a car sell lastnight to a private buyer, called this business to let them know before I sold it that I was selling it. That way they didn't send a driver out. I still get a call from the driver this morning to pick up the car eventhough I called them lastnight to tell them I sold it and to not send a driver out this morning. I don't know if it's a lack of communication or what. But when I called back this morning to tell them It was sold, eventhough I called them lastnight. I was made to feel that it was still my fault.

We were very happy with everything what we were quoted for are van is what we recieved the drivers name was BILL super nice gentleman very professional and just an all around great man I would recommend this company and there driver bill any day

Great experience with Rusty Hook today. I called junking an old mini van. Within 3 hours it was gone. 300 bucks. It's what I expected and it's what I got. So good job all around.

Unhappy customers in the background, don't think I will call in the future.I recently received a response to my inquiry at which I planned to update the rating to 4 stars considering the over the phone experience. Upon viewing I find a response confirming a situation even worse matched with sarcasm.In the future I advise you to inform the customer and ask them to remove the rating or consider your response. Called Rusty Hook for a rim for my car. I was informed that the rim should be available within one hour. I scheduled my appointment with my mechanic due to time constraints with leaving work. Also I’m on a doughnut with only 3 struts when you need 5. I spoke to George around 12:57pm and it is now 4:00pm. I still haven’t received a call, I’ve missed my appointment with my mechanic and I have lost money because I am here waiting and left work. I informed George about my appointment so I was hoping he would try to speed up things for me. Very disappointed.
